SQL7- Cross Tab Query

Access 97 has Cross tab query feature using TRANSFORM and PIVOT sql commands. But it seems SQL Server 7 doesn’t have this command/ feature. Can any body help, how to solve this problem. Is there any third party DLLs available to solve this problem.
