Start up

One of the PC in our Workgoup having WindowMe. When the system start it gives message HPFwin16.dll is missing or corupt to add 690C V1.1 printer. Actually this printer is no more in the network. And the machine which had this printer before already disconnected and had removed it from the printer folder. The question is why this computer at start up adds this printer automatically. If I restart this computer again it adds another printer(i.e. Copy 2) of the same model.
After uncheck internat.exe in startup of msconfig the message no more appear at startup but stubornly adds the printer.
