stupid Savin Printer

I have an end user on site who wants to use the three hole punch function on our Savin. The Savin drivers have been updated on both the server and her personal desktop. She is running Windows 2000 professional. I can’t access the three hole punchfunction from her machine, or the server. I have no idea why not. Any ideas?
