Suggest a Front end

Our comapany is running with Oracle 8 Database having some applications made on d2k(2.1).
We are planning to make new software with the exisitng Oracle 8.0.5.0.0 database and some latest version of D2k.

Please advice us which is the latest vesion of D2k having sofiticated features and can run on Oracle 8 paltform
