Switch to NIC configuration

Simply put at my place of business we have Nortel 450 switches with 3COM 3C920 Intergrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX) in a Dell Optiplex GX110 box. What is best configuration for both NIC and switch. 100/Full Duplex at both NIC and Switchor a mix of 100/Full Duplex at switch and Hardware Defaults at card, or Autonegotiate at switch and hardware defaults at NIC.
