SWITCHED?

Is there any way I might be able to discover if my motherboard was changed from say an ASUS to an AZZA by reveiwing stored information on my hard drive or somewhere else that I am unaware of?
I swear the last time I dusted inside my tower I had two(2) fans on the board and the bios? read “winbond”; plus other stuff seems different.
p.s. My roommate is computer savvy, I am just a
novice, comparatively.
