Synching a Palm with Outlook on a Mac

I have a Mac User which is running Outlook 2001 Corporate Edition. It is connecting to a Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000. He has a palm pilot that he would like to sync to Outlook 2000 from his Mac. He doesn’t want to go to a Windows machine to do the syncing. Any Suggestions ?
