System inform ERROR. PLease help

Dear Mr.Ken Garrett and Mr.SystemAdmins:
I have marked ACCEPTABLE & HELP ME at answer 02
of Mr KEN Garrett.BUT I do not know Why It said that reject???? Please help me to correct IT.
IT MUST BE MARKED ACCEPTABLE & HELP ME at answer 02.
