System Integration

I am trying to put together chipsets for routing ADSL and Cable Modem input into USB, Ethernet and Wireless output. Each of these chipset (drivers, etc.) runs on a different OS. How can this be accomplished? Should each be loaded through either Ethernet or USB ports? Some had suggested buying these separately. I would rather think of this as a personal challenge of putting all into one. Thank you for your assistance.
