System no display

My system is P-MMX 200Mhz with 64MB RAM. When i switch on my pc it make noise with beeping sounds (according to my friend it’s RAM beeping sound) then no display at all. I’ve swapped the RAM slot and tested with other RAM but still the same. I’ve changed with other display card also the same. I wish someone could help me on this. Thanks.
