System Registry in Win98 SE

“WINDOWS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR ACCESSING THE SYSTEM REGISTRY. WINDOWS WILL RESTART AND REPAIR THE SYSTEM REGISTRY FOR YOU” This is the error message when I boot my PC where all installed hardware drivers is gone including installed softwares will notrun, it is just like installing a new OS without anything. So I desided to load another OS as dual OS using WinXP Pro. which I’m using now but I want to solve this problem. I already try changing my MB from Acorp to Aopen then Asus. still as it was,by the way I’m using PIII 600mhz 512 cache and 320 RAM, ATI VGA.
