Tablet for tutorial videos?

Hi guys. I wanna make a tutorial videos like Khan Academy videos about Math. I have an iPad 4, but I am thinking about buying Wacom Intuos Draw Small tablet. Do you think that I can use my ipad for this purpose (if yes, which stylus do I need to buy?) or, I need to buy that tablet.
