TAPI/Telephony driver configuration

I have installed a Tapi compliant software that will utilize an ISDN phone connection. I have installed the TSPI driver files to Windows and the system folders and now need to configure the ISDN TAPI Service Provider. I see in Win98 to use the Telephony icon in Control Panel and configure the Com port, phone # and TAPI APP from there. However, in Win XP, Telephony runs as a service that I can start, restart or stop. How do I do any configuration?
