TCP IP HELL

Have 4 pc’s , various makes etc. all dead on getting ip adress from DHCP on NW5 server running DHCP. Rest of network fine 100% login adress lease & renewing etc. These four cannot ping except for loopback, removing drivers & re-installing no go. same for re-installing clean windows ( except data folder on root with work docs & *.pst)
Lights active on NIC and on hub where line terminates.

What am I missing?
