Tcpsvcs.exe Application Error

After i ran an updated Norton Antivirus 7.0.
It could not scan anymore with the Message that i dont have enough space to run the scan. But there was much space in my local drives.
Further it started showing the error popup that
Tcpsvcs.exe – Applicatioin error
The instruction at “0x701ef1fc” referenced memory on 0x000000d4 . The memory could not be read.
And from there i can ping other machines but cannot be accessible on My Network Places.
Sql7.0 server cannot restart anymore.
Please assist
