Tektronix Phaser 840 error

Every Time I turn on my Tektronix Phaser 840 plus printer I get the error “Printer Error Contact Service, report Fault 07.004.46:33641. Has anyone ever had this and know what it is and how to fix it? You can e-mail me at richnosal@hotmail.com if youhave any questions.
