We are needing to replace our phone switch with a new system. We are no longer in an emergency situation, but need to make a decision soon. We have received proposals from Expanets using a 2400IMX at the main office and 2000’s at the branches (13 locations). BellSouth has proposed a traditional Nortel solution using a 61C at the main office and 11C mini’s at the branches. Inter-Tel has proposed an IP solution. If we could make this decision 1 year from now, I would feel more comfortable with IP, but feels the product needs to mature a little more. Any one have any thoughts on any of the vendors and their products? We would certainly appreciate some feedback.
