Texas Instruments Microlaser error messa

This printer has a problem when I change out the toner cartridge. I keep getting a “replace waste toner bottle” message but have already changed out the waste toner bottle. TI gave me a work around for this one time, but unfortunately, I’ve lost the instructions.

Does anyone know about this?
