Text of messages, internet not visible

When I receive messages or go to internet sites I cannot view the text unless I double right click where my pen appears and I must do this on each paragraph. I recently had my modem replaced and this is how my computer came back to me. HELP. SIBERDOE hhranch@salemnet.com
