The PC restart when I use DXDIAG.EXE

I have a computer that restart every time I try t use DXDIAG.EXE.

Here’s the configuration:

Pentium 133
32 MB Memory
600 MB hard disk space
Direct X 7.0 installed and before it was 6.0 and it did the same thing.
