time sync the ultimate issue

I am looking to find a hardware (PCI) solution for time sync’ing to a master clock, GPS, WWV, or Naval Observatory clock. Does anyone know of any? I am running NT Server 4.0. A software solution voids the warranty on the existing software runningon that machine.
