Titlebar, Menu and Tabs disappear on Tas

I have a typical problem. WindowsNT 4(server) with service pack 6 runs on my system. When I start TaskManager application, Titlebar, Menu and tabs disappear. I can view the different panes using ctrl+tab. Nothing else works. And the only way toclose the application is by using alt+F4. I face this problem, when I loginto different domain. Surprisingly, when i loginto the local domain, it works fine.

I’ve tried the following.
Logged in as different user into different domain, replaced taskmgr.exe, checked the system for viruses using NetShield, NAV.

Still the problem persists.
