To many change’s done to my computer.

How can I get my computer back to the original state, when my retore does not work? And when I run my restore disk’s it doesnt bring it back the way it came from the factory state. Alot of changes have been made the motherboard and I cant get them changed back.My whole system has been turned around and I cant get the booted back with the right things.
