Tool to find best SSD for my desktop pc.

Last year a TechRepublic Newsletter article told about a tool that a Solid State hard drive vendor has on their website that can scan my pc and match it up with the best SSD.
I thought it was Western Digital but apparently, it was not.
I searched for the article on the website but could not find it.

Can you please help?
