topclicks

My Windows 2000, IE 6.0 home page used to be www.microsoft.com. Yesterday, when I opened IE it redirected itself to www.topclicks.net. Ever since, whenever I try to get to www.microsoft.com, it redirects me to www.topclicks.net. I have deleted all cookies, offline files, history, etc. multiple times and still this happens. This also happens in SafeMode w/ Networking. I can go to other web sites, just not MS. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!!
