Toshiba Libretto 50CT

User forgot password to enter palm type unit. Will not boot to a: drive. I opened it and disconnected the inside battery and left it out for approximately 40 minutes to see if it would “forget”…it didn’t. Also tried all the usual press esc, press F8…nothing. Cannot cntl+alt+del or any other keyboard actions. Anyone have any ideas how to bypass or delete the password?
