Transfer Eudora Mail

I want to import my Eudora mail from my laptop to my desktop. I have connected the 2 together via a parallel cable.
There does not seem to be an export function in Eudora and when clicking on import, it gives a list including Outlook Expess and Microsoft Outlook, but no Eudora.
Please help.
