turning off safe mode

I needed to fix a problem with the safe mode. Now, I cannot seem to figure out how to get my computer back into regular mode. I have shut off my computer and tried putting it back into Normal. But, I still have the same problem. Everything on myscreen is really large and I cannot get to any other of my devices…..CD-rom etc. Hopefully there is an easy way out of this! Can you help me?
