TV over Eithernet video card

Does anyone know of any video cards that can handle having a eithernet connection into them so it can send a signal back to a modulating unit in machine room.

The tuning is not done on the card but at the machine room. There was a card called TVTCelebraty 2000 I think, but I can not find it anymore.
