Twain drives

ok I went away on vacation,,, when I came home, turned on the computer and the scanner will not work… all cables are connected when I hit the scan button it says can not find twain drivers…I am using a 56K 95 98 ME.. the printer works but not the scanner… can you help PLEASE
my scanner is a Canoscan N65OU. Where are the twain drives?
