UHD drive

Hi, any idea, what is UHD drive and how to find its driver? I have this MO disk which uses this kind of drive to read it.

Here is the message when i started up the pc…”Promise UHD BIOS version 1.13. Found UHD drive:1 UHD floppy on Quaternary/Master. Total of 1 UHD Drive(s) found. BIOS will handle Drive B:” It displayed till here but then whole pc hanged…!
