Unable to boot my PC

I can’t boot my PC, there is this message saying ‘please check the signal cable.’

I have checked the connection to the monitor and have also tried open up the CPU to make sure connection is ok, I have also checked the RAM to see if it’s properly in place. I have done everything I could think of but still can’t solve the problem. Please help. Thank you.
