Unable to write to drive in disk C:

This blue screen seems to only appear when in Internet Explorer. Have reinstalled Explorer. Run SFC for corrupted files. Scandisk fines no errors. Have assumed problem is connected to running Internet Explorer because I could install Internet Explorer without a problem. This is a 30gig drive only using about 1/4 of space
