UNDERCLOCKING

I have DOS applications that need to run at 33 mhz or less. This software can not be upgrade!. Is there a way to underclock a HP pentium 133 mhz computer. It is getting harder and harder to find old DOS computers as spares. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
