Uninstalling LiveReg

I am trying to uninstall LiveReg from a PC. i am doing this from the Uninstall software applet in the Control Panel. I get the following error:

“AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO REMOVE LIVEREG (SYMANTEC CORPORATION). UNINSTALLATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED.”

Any idea what I can do about this.
