Unsuccessful boot of win95

RPCSS.EXE error message at boot. Details drop down reveals conflict at ASICLAYER.DLL. Error box keeps popping back up, I do get to SafeMode after multiple error OKs. I’ve tried uninstalling some programs, w/no luck to this point.
