Upgrade Advantage

Does anyone have any good advice on purchasing the upgrade advantage? We have 5 nt servers and numerous clients that we are going to want to upgrade sooner or later (i am sure within the next 3 1/2 years. Microsoft might as well of written the description in hex because i really can not find out just how much you save buy purchasing before july 31 thanks for your input.
