upgrading proliant 3000 to ML530

I currently have a proliant 3000 [ver 1], I.E PII300MHz and I just bought a Motherboard for a ML530 because i want to raise it to a xeon class server. Does anyone have any info on this board? I have not been able to find specifics for the board at compaq.com.
