Upgrading USB 1.1 to 2.0

I have a Dell GX300 running Windows 2000 Professional. There are twp built in USB ports v1.1. Is there a way to upgrade them to v2.0? I also have a Linksys 4 port USB hub model USBHub04. I assume that the hub would not have to be upgraded, true?
