USB Drivers Install Problem

I recently built a new computer with an Azza 601BM MB and Celeron 633. I’m using Win98SE. I am having a problem getting my USB ports to work. When trying to add hardware, I get a message that says it will now install the drivers, but the next dialogbox says it can’t find the correct drivers (?!) If I remember right, there is a Code 28 message, whatever that would mean. To put it in a nutshell, how can I get my USB ports to be activated? I want to connect a printer and scanner to my computer.Thanks.
