USB support/damaged win98 disk

Hi there
Im installing a USB hub in my Celeron 400 machine. my problem is my Win98 disk is scratched. the consequence is that cannot access the source filein hidparse.sys
SYSTEM32\Drivers\HIDCLASS.SYS I tried to find it in Windows support butno luck 🙁

Could anyone please tell me how to access a copy of the nesseccary files please? and thankyou in advance for any help offered. good day
