VCP -No sound-

Dear All,
A new subject, I have a national VCP model NV-P10, it plays back Video well, but no play back sound.I changed the audio head and no result.when I touch the audio printed circuit It gives hum sound till the end of audio head.Mayany one help me to repair this problem with my VCP?
