Viavoice

When I try to open Control Panel I get an error which I believe is something to do with Via Voice. A dialogue box says “IPC error.no server. (SM_RC_ENOSERVER)(11)”
When I click OK everything is normal it is just a little annoying. Is there anythingI can do to get rid of this error?
