Video Capture Devices

I have Intel PIII non-multimedia PC. While trying to run any Movie clip (other than “.AVI” type), Win95 Media Player gives me error saying “MMSYSTEM262 There is a problem with your media device. Make sure it is working properly or contact the device Manufacturer.” How can it be correceted?
