video capture problems

I have a creative webcam3 parallel. It worked fine before I changed to the creative sound blaster PCI 128, creative modem blaster v.90 d15660-d15665, and a ati rage fury pro/xpert 2000 pro. I have 192 MB Ram and an AMD k6-2. Every time I try to bring up my webcam it tells me that video capture not able to initiualize. What do I need to do in order to fix this problem. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled as well as downloaded the up to date drivers. I just am stumped as to what elseto do please help me.
