Video Card

How can I know if I need a new video card? Lately, when I open a page, it sometimes takes a while or the screen only shows a partial page. I do have a high speed modem and have cleaned the “clutter” from my temp files.

Could this mean I need a new video card. Mine is an S3 ViRGE-DX/GX PCI (375/385) and I think it’s about 5 years old.

I did a check through System Properties and it says it is working properly. And also, is this really outdated and should I get a new one and what would I want to get?
