VIDEO DRIVERS?

I upgraded a system from win 95 to 98. Something is wrong with the display though. I tried loading the drivers from a cd that I think came with the computer but I’m not 100% sure what to do.In the display I cant go higher than 16 colors and 640 x 400. What should I do?
