viewing MJPG files in IE

Is there a plug in to view MJPG (jpg movies) in IE?? I have no problem viewing MJPG in Netscape on the same machine.
specifically this is to view the live video feed from a IP camera (axis2100) without using javascript or java/active-x applet.

Running IE 5.x (various versions on computers) and NT 4.0 sp6a (all machines)
Netscape 4.76 (6.0 also works)
