visual basic

I want to use the erfc() function in visual basic which is normally available in excel.

Also please specify how can I add the file ATPVBAEN.XLS to the References in Visual Basic. It shows an error message “Can’t add a reference to the specifiedfile” please tell me the steps only to add that file?
