visual basic and email

We have developed a system where by the customers get email everyday asking them to rate the services rendered to them, the mail message is only text based, we want to include our company logo on the mail that is going out (.gif file). we also want to give them radio buttons that they should use for the rating GOOD [] EXCELLENT [] POOR[] just dont cut is. the mail is send directly out of visual basic using mapi, any suggestions on how to achieve this
